What makes a strong submission?
A clear research question, a reproducible method, and a well-motivated evaluation—ideally connected to an application context.
Review-friendly formatting
Use consistent figures and references; avoid tiny fonts in plots. Reviewers should be able to read your results quickly.

How to submit

A simple workflow that removes friction.

  1. Prepare your manuscript
Use the official template and keep the sticky formatting rules consistent (figures, references, and captions).
  2. Check format & page limit
Regular papers are typically 4–6 pages. Ensure anonymous review rules, if applicable to your track.
  3. Submit via the portal
Upload your PDF and metadata (title, abstract, authors). Keep your ORCID and affiliation consistent.
  4. Peer review & notification
You will receive a decision and reviewer comments. If accepted, prepare your camera-ready version.
  5. Camera-ready + binding registration
Upload the final paper and complete at least one registration per accepted paper.

Author kit

All files and links in one place.

Templates tip
Keep one “golden” source file for the final camera-ready version. It saves time when handling reviewer comments.

Publication & ethics

Short, transparent rules (detail lives in the PDF).

  • Originality: Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Reuse: If you extend prior work, clearly cite it and explain what is new.
  • Authorship: Ensure author order and affiliations are agreed upon before submission.
  • Camera-ready: Final files must match the accepted content and format.

For details, reference the official Call for Papers (PDF) and publisher rules for the given year.

FAQ

Common questions from authors.

What is “binding registration”?
It means that each accepted paper must have at least one paid registration linked to it by the camera-ready deadline.
Can I submit an extended journal version later?
Usually yes, but it must contain substantial new material and follow publisher rules. Avoid self-plagiarism and reuse guidelines.
Where do I find templates?
Scroll to the Author kit section. Keep formatting consistent; it helps both reviewers and proceedings production.
Do you accept demonstrations or education papers?
If the conference offers specific tracks, they will be listed in the Call for Papers PDF or on the Program page.
What is the page limit?
Regular papers are typically 4–6 pages. If a specific year has a different limit, the CfP PDF is the source of truth.
