Conference Fees

In the fee for PDeS 2024 conference there are included:
  • Access to all technical sessions
  • Conference preprints
  • Electronic proceedings on IFAC-PapersOnLine
  • Lunches for conference days
  • Conference banquet
Fees for all participants (each of the indicated prices covers one paper):
  • Early registration
    		•  250 € (6500 CZK incl. VAT 21%) till April 30th 2024
  • Registration
    		•  300 € (7800 CZK incl. VAT 21%) till May 17th 2024
  • Late registration
    		•  350 € (9100 CZK incl. VAT 21%) till June 19th 2024
  • Early student registration
    		•  150 € (3900 CZK incl. VAT 21%) till April 30th 2024
  • Accompanying person (lunches, welcome reception, conference banquet, social program)
    		•  150 € (3900 CZK incl. VAT 21%) till May 19th 2024


    Regular papers must be between 4 (minimum) and 6 (maximum) pages in the final version.

    Registration procedure

    To register for the conference:
    - please fill in the registration form (payment in EUR) (XLS, PDF) (one for each attendee) and send it together with a scanned copy of the bank transfer/payment to the e-mail address:
    pdes@pdes-conference.eu.

    Payment information (bank account) is included in the regfistration form.
